Q: What are the ingredients?

1000 mg is the total weight (of all the oils) and there are 320 mg omega-3 oils in each softgel. EPA (EicosaPentaenoic Acid) 160 mg, DHA (DocosaHexaenoic Acid) 100 mg, Other Omega-3's 60 mg. I think they include sardines and mackerel in their fish oils.

Q: Does this formula contain shellfish?

As far as I can see it does not contain shellfish, The back of the label says contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel) then it says Shell: beef gelatin, glycerin, water. Probably referring to the gelatin capsule that it's contained in.

Q: Of the two flavors, lemon or orange, which do you all prefer? I have had their lemon liquid and that was great. But orange?

Honestly, I like the lemon better but that's just my personal preference. I have had the orange before and it was good too.

Q: Is the oil derived from Pacific or Atlantic caught fish?

The container does not say, but considering for the location of Norway, I would guess the surrounding waters namely the North Sea and the the Norweigian Sea. It is very unlikely to be Pacific Ocean sourced.
