Q: What does the center button below the wheel do? I cant find any settings or see anything it does.

Hello, The center button is DPI switch. It have 3 DPI levels available (800-1200-1600). The higher CPI, the faster the cursor on your screen will move. You are free to adjust the mouse sensitivity to match your activity.

Q: Why did my mouse only come with a usb-c ? it did not come with a regular usb nano receiver. help!

It is stored in your mouse. look at the bottom below off/on switch and the nano light. It is kind of awkward to pull out but you can use a butter knife to slip it out.
