Can this be used for replace the 65w (20v - 3.25a) lenovo laptop charger??

NO. Not really. The details are worth understanding: The USB-C PD port is **only rated to 45W.** I asked Anker about this directly. The advert copy is misleading. It is 65W *total* for the device...but the PD port itself is only 45W. So if you use this device as a replacement for a 60W-65W charger -- say a 13in MacBook Pro -- what will happen is you'll run it a "max" and it'll get ultra hot. You *CAN* use it as a replacement for the power adapter on a device that only requires a 45W adapter, say a MacBook or MacBook Air. But more than 45W output and you'll have it-and-miss result. At best it charges your device slowly. At worse, you cause a fire because you're asking the adapter to output more than it is rated for. The next gen of this product should be the segment killer. But until the PD port outputs at least 65W, I would not use this as a primary charger for my MacBook Pro.

Can this be used internationally outside the USA without a power-voltage converter?

Yes and the input voltage of this product is AC 100-240V.

Is the power cord a normal figure 8 (C7) cord that can be swapped when traveling to other countries?
