Bad Quality & worse post sale service.
The product is not upto the mark... It doesn't take complete shape after 15 days also, and it's so tuff & complicated to return the item.

It is the best deal on the market as of Aug'24
The matteress is firm on one side and soft on the other side. You can sleep on the firm side for back pain relief. The size is good but I feel a bit cheated on the thickness, only a little above 5 inches. It is very easy to install, just cut open the taping and mattress decompresses on its own. You can't fold it once opened though. It is good for pain relief but I have to yet see full results.

Definitely helped my sleep
The mattress is softer than you'd expect but once you settle in, the mattress supports your back better. Customer service was responsive as well.I was facing some stiff back in morning with a regular firm mattress but switching to this has me relieved from pain. Can recommend this especially if you get a good discount during sales
