Is this Glow in the Dark?

I received one with Glow-in-dark sticker, but it does not glow.. not the dragon eyes... nothing. Guessing it's done with GID paint, and guessing there was a mix-up with at least one batch at the factory.

So the picture is of the non glow in the dark version which is what i want. is that what you actually have, or is it the one with smooth bluish wings?

When I obtained this item it stated in the description that it glowed in the dark. I am unable to provide you with any more information than that because my inventory is at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. I am unable to examine it more closely.

Does this come in the original packaging?

Ours comes in the original packaging.

The hotel that I'll be hosted asked me to put my name and arrival date in the packages that I ask to deliver there, is It possible to put this info ?
