Great band option
Great band. I prefer this band over the one that comes with the 5.0 Peak membership. Stays in place when wet and dries much quicker.

This could be the most ASSININE design for an expensive health tracker ... Ive lost 1 3.0 and 2 4.0 because the band is engineered by monkeys its ment to fail. If you wear a WHOOP BAND and watch TV you'll be OK it you do any physical activity the whoop holing band will eventually fail and you'll be wondering where your $300 investment went , Simply crap

Good for workouts
Different materials from the typical SuperKnit made popular with the 4.0, and comes standard with the 5.0. It seems to dry faster than SuperKnit. Not a materials I'm interested in wearing 24/7, but I do appreciate it for hard workouts with a lot of sweat.
