Q: Which cushion is best for someone with coccyx, sacrum and buttock pain?

If you mean which size of Mosaic Roho Cushion - it depends on size of person and chair size. We use this 18x16 for our Toyota van seats. If you mean this brand or another company-- buy the Mosaic Roho Brand. It is far superior to foam, gel, etc. This works. Tip - too much air causes it to feel hard. Keep adjusting the air out until you get the right amount of air. It comes with a pump to add air - as needed.

Q: Does this product come with the pump?

This product does come with a pump. I was uncertain about this as well and actually ordered a separate pump. Sigh. Oh well. I have a spare. The cushion is very comfortable. I happen to be doing a RIDICULOUS amount of studying for a masters program and have found that sitting for this length of time is tough. The Roho can't be beat.

Q: Is this cushion weight rated? Will it work with extremely obese persons?

It reads on the tag = Weight Limit: 250 lbs/ 113 kg. I do not have it FULLY inflated so it has some 'give'. Works for my sister but she is 114 lbs.

Q: What is the height of the pockets? 2 or 4 inches?

2" high, when you blow up the pockets, make sure that its not too tight. It should have movement to help with your pressure points. My Daughter put her seat in her light weight wheel chair. I've been trying to come up with something that will attach the Roho to her scooter. Velcro doesn't work. It does work,but at the most she has sat on it about 2 1/2 hrs. Hope this helps you. if you can come up with some way to attach it to Her Scooter,I sure would appreciate it. Lee
