This book is absolutely packed full of super recipes which I actually want to use. The Good Stuff is written with feeding children of all ages in mind but the recipes will appeal to the whole family. There are lots of tips and tricks for fussy eaters or those with food intolerances. Loads of examples of how to sneak healthy and nutritious ingredients in to meals will help me a lot. I can already tell that this book is going to become a frequent go-to for not only regular family mealtimes but also more special occasions as it has lots of recipes and ideas for special treats too. I’ve struggled to get one of my children to eat enough veggies up until now but with the recipes in this book, I will be able to relax knowing all the family are easily getting all their bodies and minds need for healthy development and a balanced diet. My family had become stuck in a rut of wanting the same few dishes week in, week out but this book has given me so many fresh, new ideas! I’m going to really enjoy trying out the new meal plans from this book too. Really uplifting and inspirational. I really think every family should own a copy.

Super book
I was recommended this book by a medical professional to help me with my daughter.The book has a lovely lay out, it’s easy to read and understand.My teenager liked how it explained the reasons why we need certain foods for our bodies to make them feel well.It had some useful tips on little changes that can be made in your fussy ones diet, that really have helped us. There is a great pancake recipe in there that we all love.The author obviously has a lot of experience with young people/children and a real passion for food that they will actually eat.

The book is a great help if you have a gluten-free child - or adult!

Absolutely love it!
This is a fantastic cookbook for all the family and so simple to follow. Lots of recipe ideas to help give a good variety in what we eat. I’ve only had it a few days and yesterday I made her blueberry muffins which were heaven on earth. I made so many that I gave some to my neighbours who all loved them! My 4yr old and 2yr old gobbled them up and husband kept saying how good they were! Loads of information to help your children eat well and the majority of the recipes can be adapted to be gluten, dairy and egg free if needed. A must buy for everyone no matter your cooking or baking experience you can create and make these wonderful recipes where you will be giving good nutritious food and feel great knowing your family and children are getting a good balance of food groups. Feel lucky to get all these ideas and information for less than £15. I’m actually going to buy a few more copies and give them to my friends to help inspire them. Cannot recommend enough 5*
This book ‘the good stuff’ is AMAZING. We were so ready to make a positive change in our 5 y/o daughter’s nutrition, following learning about the clear link between gut/brain health and became aware of Lucinda and Naturdoc through recommendation. After only a few days of using the book, my daughter is engaged in food , cooking together and understanding why nutritious ingredients are important - most importantly I notice that she is more mentally alert , has more energy and an increased appetite. It’s honestly astounded me and to be honest I feel a bit bad not to have focussed on it before ! The recipes are totally delicious. I’ll be honest , we did have to go out and buy things we’d never heard of and get used to the idea cooking with spelt and buckwheat flour (had to go to Holland and Barrett) but once you buy the ingredients, they are used I’m so many things and it’s just the new normal . Cannot recommend enough .

Excellent book stands the test of time
Purchased in 2018 while weaning my firstborn and have used since for the second one too. Very practical and easy recipes, that have served me well when lacking inspiration for kids meals!Love this book and keep coming back to it again and again. Thank you Lucinda for the work you do to support parents!

A superb book, especially for those with primary school aged children!
The media could not be loaded. THE most wonderful book! Loads of health tips to give parents an understanding of what and how food impacts on children. We all know what they “should” eat but some like my daughter totally object to even trying some foods. The picture shows the pages my super fuss pot of a child actually turned herself to show me the ones she would like to try AND that she would like to help make too. I’m amazed. Recipes are simple, easy and delish and as a parent I feel empowered that I have some simple things to try, especially for her lunchbox. I’ve seen the school dinners that they will charge £1.95 for and frankly i’d rather know what is going into my little ones tummies. Thank you Lucinda for writing this for all of us parents who pull their hair out on a daily basis!

Cook Book with a difference!
Ever since I baought this book, I have tried so many recipes! they are all packed with a lot of goodness and suitable for the whole family, not just the kids. I like the fact that most recipes can be adapted to food allergens using substitutes., Also the book has a good variety of recipes from main meals , to snacks to dessets. A firm favourite in our house hold is Tahini bread. I bake loaf after loaf! so reasuring to know that it's packed with so much goodness than the supermarket loaves of bread. Fish pie, courgette brownies and blueberry muffins are also favourites to name a few.I have always enjoyed cooking and baking for my family and friends and own a lot of cook books. But I have to say that I have never come across such a wonderful family cook book with a difference!!

Wonderful book !
My son is choosing which recipes to cook - and I know that whatever he chooses will be healthy !Beautiful photos and lots of useful information. I would recommend this to anyone - not just kids !
