Effective, sharp, safe grip handles and ease of use. Still use these today after many years, brilliant products and brand i fully trust in.

Perfect for peeling. Two is ideal as I leave one in my camping bag. Useful. Very sharp.

The knives themselves are really sharp and well-made cutting and peeling was easy and precise, just what you’d expect from Victorinox. The stainless steel blade is excellent quality and holds up well with regular use. That said, I wasn’t a big fan of the bright green handle. It just doesn’t match my kitchen style and feels a bit too bold for my taste.

These are amazing knives for the money, I own Japanese knives that cost hundreds of pounds and of course work very well but these are excellent and I could use these just as well as my expensive knives .
