is this structured hat? the pic looks like its structured however a customer posted a pic and it looks slouch hat.

It's not a structured hat, it's very flimsy and looks nothing like the picture in the ad. I received mine on 9/24/22 and immediately packed it back up and returned it. It's way overpriced and would probably sell at Walmart for $7.99
