Yes you can run the Machine for 24 Hours. The Machine remains cool even if you use it Non- Stop. But I suggest if your Patient is able to sit / stand, Give the machine a break till the Patient is out from the Bed.I have been using the Machine in the above manner for the Last 1 Year & There is no Problem till now.But if your Patient is Completely Bedridden, Keep the Machine On- 24/7.The Reason is the purpose of buying this Machine has to be met, Your Patient shouldn't Suffer in any Manner.All the best.. Take Care..

Q: How much electricity does an air mattress use if the pump is on day and night?

I can't give an exact consumption but I run it 24x7 and found no change in my usual electricity bill.

Yes, always on. It will automatically maintain the pressure that you have selected. Don't switch off the motor.
