What are the demensions of the cloth?

Bondo 499 fiberglass cloth 8 sq. ft. is 24" x 48".

Same question...what are the dimensions? not the advertised area (square feet). is it one large sheet? if so, what are the dimensions of that sheet?

I opened the package and the actual dimensions are: ~25" by ~47" = ~8.1 square feet. The edges are frayed a bit.The package is labeled 8 square feet. The package does not give unfolded dimensions. Other packages could be different. This measurement is for Security Engineering only.

how many oz. is this cloth

This feels about the same as 6 oz glass. The weave is opened up more then other 6 oz glass which makes it more see though. I'd stick to marine grade 6 oz glass.

does it have a sticky back

No, it's like a woven piece of fiberglass that you have to apply with resin. I can't remember if the kit comes with it or not, but essentially you soak the clothing in the resin, then apply it and smooth it out. It dries pretty quickly.
