Balancer calibration
To calibrate the balancer you must level it and bolt it down. Nothing says to do this first. Other then that the machines work great.

One of the best investments I have made in my shop
The tire machine works great once you get the pedals memorized. The balancer works fairly decent however it's calibration setup is far more detailed then the instruction book is.

The machines work just fine. Mounts tire without touching the rim.
The machines work fine. The tire changer will mount/remove tires on wide aluminum wheels without touching the rim.

The media could not be loaded. The tire changer works at a basic level. The balancer came with half the buttons not working.
