Is it the same part number for the left and the right? should I buy 2 of this or is there another part number for the other side?

I bought 2 and they work for my ‘98 4Runner. Check your lines and make sure they’ll feed correctly into the nozzle. The sprayers are identically configured, so there’s no left or right.

Will this fit a 96 accord?

I would check w the manufacturer but it looks correct (drivers side). I ordered the same thing without realizing that it matters which side of the car that it’s replacing. It was an easy fix once I got the drivers side. Take a quick look at the piece you’re replacing to compare.

Does this come with the entire assembly (to include tubing and two nozzles) or is this just one nozzle?

I only received one nozzle. The part number matches my order.
