Silly Cow Peppermint Twist contains natural cane sugar, Dutch chocolate (with alkali) and natural peppermint flavor. I purchased this product...these ingredients are from the label. We have a child with gluten and dairy allergies and happily discovered Silly Cow Farms hot chocolate. According to the company, their products are gluten and dairy free and non GMO. Q: Do I add hot milk or water

Milk mostly but you can use water if you want but milk is better

Q: Is it still good with just water? Cant do dairy.

you can do almond milk if lactose intolerant. Water would be ok but its meant for mixing with heavier liquid. Good luck!
