Electric Fuel Pump E11007 Replacement for Airtex E11007 A029F889 149-2311 149-2311-02 149-2311-01 149231101,Compatible with Onan Cummins Generator 4KW Microlite MicroQuiet 4000 4Kw RV

I was skeptical about purchasing this item. My Onan generators electrical fuel pump went out with less than 300 hours on it. This was 1/4 the price of a new Cummins, so I bought it. So far it works fine. I purchased a second one as a backup to carry along as insurance in case the new one I installed fails.

Replaced the fuel pump on our Onan Microquiet 4000 after it would die after running for 20 minutes. Determined it was the fuel pump after it would die I tried to prime the fuel pump and it would not respond. The original fuel pump would shut down when it would get hot after 20 min of running.Once the pump would cool it would work again. THe original fuel pump lasted 20 years, this pump is a fraction of the OEM replacement cost but even if it lasts 1/2 the time it will be worth replacing as i will order a spare to keep in the trailer. This pump was a direct replacement and the generater is back running fine and will run for multiple hours wihtout issue. Takes about 30 minutes to change and you can find Youtube videos with good directions on how to change. Will update my review after I complete a couple of trips with it.

Bought for RV generator. Died within a few days. Replaced it with an off-the-shelf $35 electric fuel pump and extended hoses bought at a tiny auto parts store in the world's smallest town somewhere between Phoenix and North Carolina.

I've had an ongoing issue with vapor lock on our 2017 Cummins-Onan RV QG 4000 Evap. The generator would run fine in cooler temps, but as soon as it got over 80 degrees out it would sputter and stall. Once it cooled off it would run fine until it heated back up again......and then you guessed it: Stall!I went back and forth with this dam thing for about 3 years before I decided to replace the fuel pump. Wasn't too terribly difficult for an average ability person. Area is really tight with a big circuit board wedged in there and and of course it comes apart way easier than it goes back together. Took me about an hour total to remove and reinstall the pump. While your in there replace the fuel filter too (Part 149-2457 for the 4000 QG RV Evap). It's attached to the pump, so why not!?!? If your having this issue also consider wrapping the fuel lines with heat shield material. These generators are packed in really tight quarters and often times the exhaust is routed right along with the fuel lines.Ran the generator as a test with the new pump and filter installed on a 95 degree day for 8 hours without an issue. I think it's finally fixed!

generator broke we ordered this instead of an Onan part since their part is a couple of hundred and we needed the fuel pump, filter and carburetor we got all 3 parts for a third of the cost of one Onan part. Generator running just fine now

My Rig is a 2022 Jayco Alante 31v. The generator had 5 hours on it. The original fuel pump failed. I was shaking my head wondering why I’d pay almost $300 for a Cummings replacement when it failed at 5 hrs of use. So, I bought two of these for one sixth the price. Installed the first one without a single issue and it’s fit, form, and function is good as the original. Once my generator hour meter hits 10 hours of use I’ll create another review! I just replaced OEM fuel pump with only 17.5hrs on it with this one. Original pump got too weak and couldn’t even pull fuel from tank through filter. I found a YouTube video with a blogger that exactly like Jason Statham walks you through each step…you’ll know when you see it.Seller had tech specs and contact info printed on the pump and filter (separate purchase). Same flow rate and DC draw as OEM. Everything was the same, probably better as the wires came with plastic tubing to protect rub. I had no issues with mounting in a Onan 4000. Only one bolt is used, other side of fuel pump bracket locks into a tab just like original. The RV industry can be a racket with parts and accessories, save yourself some cash for other needs. If you live in Southwest, be careful of outside temps. The fuel can vaporize if the generator gets to hot (turns fuel to steam) and also shortens the life of fuel pump.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect replacement…. Take your time… didn’t take to long. The only problem is big hands getting that T-30 bolt out and back in on the new pump… other than that, as you can see in the video it runs like a champ now.I changed the fuel filter, air filter, spark plug, and did an oil change as well👍🏼😄
