On the label on the jar: Soybean oil 40%, fermented soybean 30%, Chili 25%, salt, flavouring.

Q: Do you use this neat or dilute before adding to a stirfry

I used it neat. I also use it with oyster sauce. I think it’s about taste. If you like more dry type of sauce you use it neat it if you like lighter and more loose sauce you can add stock or water but I think it’s delicious as it is. Hope it helps.

Q: How long after opening dose it last.

A long time. I kept it refrigerated, which may not be necessary. But quite happy to use it still after 6-8 months. It is oil-based.

Q: Does this contain gluten

The ingredients are soybean oil (40%) fermented soybean, water, salt,(30%) sugar flavour enhancer, that's all I can read off the label, plus chilli (25%)That's the only ingredents that's on the label
