I was hesitant to try...but I love Solgar items and thought it would help to relax and rest better. I take one and it is very gentle helps my TMJ relax and I am pleased that you don't have that fog head. Thank you! Plus Dairy free, etc.

These are great melatonin tablets. I buy them for my dog, to support his treatments for certain medical conditions. They are great because they are a unique, small size, which the brand describes as "nuggets," that are perfect to give to small dogs or humans who have trouble swallowing pills. They are maybe 2/3 or even 1/2 the size of a regular standard size tablet.Besides the small size, I like this brand because they seem to have worked well for my dog. They definitely help him sleep sounder and longer than when he doesn't take them. They help cut down on his nighttime restlessness significantly. As an added bonus, I believe they have helped him regrow fur where he had lost it.I have also taken these melatonin nuggets on occasion to help me sleep, and I believe they have worked well. I have slept soundly but was able to wake up appropriately in the morning and didn't feel groggy.

I love the quality of this melatonin supplement, and it is not too strong. It puts you to sleep without the hangover effect in the morning.

Solgar is a brand I trust. However, when I ordered the product I didn't realize that shipping would take two weeks. Thankfully I received the product one week earlier than was expected because I would have run out. Kudos!

I has everything used both this item as well as the 10 mg from the same company. Although 10 mg gives you a faster and deeper sleep, the jury is still not sure about a height dose of Melatonin effect on the brain so I personally would rather stay with a Lowe dose even if it takes me longer to go to sleep! Solgar as always makes excellent products and it’s my supplement company to go to.

I have used this product off and on for years. It's an excellent product but it's also a question of price. Once upon a time, Amazon was reliably the best price for many things, but that simply isn't the case anymore. So check this against the price at your local store. Solgar is carried at most health food stores and melatonin is generally a very inexpensive product. Great sleep aid.

I think the amount of melatonin you take is a personal thing. For me, the 3 mg tablets work best. I sleep deeper and fall asleep faster. When I take higher dosages, I have bad dreams. Solgar is trustworthy and I like these a lot.

These are small and absolutely tasteless. They dissolve easily so you can swallow or melt them under your tongue or chew them. They work quickly and I don’t feel groggy when I wake up.
