Fab lights!
Looked everywhere for these. Makes such a difference to my bland fence.

How to assemble!
The lights seem bright and well made. I have given 4* because they haven’t been in action yet! There are no instructions for assembly, I can’t find any help in reviews, just a bit of criticism about assembly. Without any claims to be any good, here is what worked for me:1. Get a place where you can sit comfortably with the lights and have the shades set out by colour. The sequence on my lights from the‘ power end’ was G,R,B,Y and ‘rinse and repeat!’ If you look closely the LED’s are colour coordinated with the shade colour - so take your lead from that.2. Organise your shades in their piles with the rim end with the little eyelets in the shade at the ‘top,’3. ‘ Open a shade,’ it will only open about 2/3. Slip the light in, with the ‘ notched’ bar passing through the shade to the bottom - engage those notches with the circular rim at the ‘ bottom,’ of the shade.4. Now, bring the shade up gently.. trust the fitting and bend the top light fitting bar with the protruding point at the end into one of the little eyelets in the top rim! Do the same on the other side. Don’t be brutal but be gently firm, the bars will flex to go under the top shade rim.5. You may have to adjust the connecting struts of the now attached bar if they have become a little skewed in the ‘ fitting,’ action. You may also find that the notched end has ‘slipped’ out of the bottom circle - correct this, I also had the fitting sticking into the ‘ shade a couple of times. Repetition gives confidence and ability.6. I think there are 7 sequences of 4 colours and then an end with 2; mine were a blue and then a red to make up the 30 lights.7. YMMV but my ‘ game changers,’ were finding that the LED’s were sequenced to shade colours, keeping the shades organised with the eyelets stacked uppermost in my construction stacks, realising that hooking the notched bar onto the bottom circle was the key step and realising that the bars could be gently flexed to fit the ‘top bar points’ into the top of shade ‘ eyelets.’ The 30 took me about 20 minutes with my learning curve thrown in and frankly I only wanted to do it thoroughly not break record.I hope this helpful. I apologise if others have written out a methodology - I couldn’t find one and this is my best attempt ( yes.. be very worried ..!) to describe what worked for me.

pretty decoration
Bought these lights to decorate my daughters room, the solar panel is out the window and even with one day in the sun the lights were quite bright. They do have to be assembled which can be a bit fiddly but it does mean the y can be packaged in a smaller box, the fully puffed up shades do take up a bit of room in a box and may have got damaged in transit. The fabric shades are perfect for arty people to decorate themselves, eg writing names or a greeting if used for a celebration.. Also like there was more than one mode, lights can be constant or flashing. Also bought the coloured lights and am as happy with them as the white ones. There hasnt been a problem charging them outside and using them inside.

Lovely colourful lanterns
So far, we have just assembled these solar lanterns, they look lovely, good colours and quite sturdy made. We haven't had chance to see them light up yet, mainly due to the weather. Looking forward to lighting them up soon. They were delivered very promptly and well packaged.

No good
Thought these would look nice in the garden but stopped working after just a couple of months. I've checked everything and changed the battery but no good. Waste of money

Frustrating to assemble
I really love the bright colours but God they are ridiculously fiddly to assemble. I bought some a couple of years ago (so they haven't lasted long) I had forgotten they need to b assembled. A pain.

Good but not as bright as expected
Had these up for over a month now and we have had plenty of long sunny days. They're not as bright as some of the other reviewers photos seem to suggest - they do last around 9 hours through the night though, but the brightness is not what I was expecting. But ok!
