Q: is this costume size 4-6 months or 4-6 years?

I ordered it thinking it was 4 - 6 years, but when it arrived it was actually 2T. So it's neither if it's the same one. When I returned it, I put that the size was wrong as the reason. I can't tell if this is the same seller or not, though. I'd be a little concerned that the description says it's a toddler costume. 4 - 6 year olds are not toddlers.
