Tried it the first day with cold water and it was tolerable. However, it did not taste great and had a a bit of an after taste. I have never had oat milk before but tried it based on some reviews here. It made a world of difference. No after taste at all and tasted pretty good too.

The LyfeFuel Meal Replacement Powder has really impressed me.I have noticed increased energy levels, a sense of fullness far past any previous meal replacement powders I have tried.It has a good taste and with all the healthy ingredients really brings a lot of healthy benefits in every scoop.I love that it has all my greens, probiotics and digestive enzymes in this blend.

I’ll start by saying this protein powder is very nutritional and has a pretty decent flavor. However, after adding it to my protein shake it gives off this weird, discolored look. The texture isn’t bad at all, but it does have a chalky aftertaste which isn’t so appealing to many. I don’t recommend using it by itself, you’ll have to add fruits and other stuffs to help increase the taste or reduce the chalkiness, which may be pointless to some seeing that it is a vegan protein powder. Blend it out as much as you can too and that may help, the vanilla flavor is nice. Overall it’s not a bad product, it just all depends on your preference.

I'v been using Ka'Chava for 3 years now, I went out on a limb to try a new protein supplement because i saw an ad that said Ka'Chava was no longer providing the same quality it once had. I am absolutely repulsed by the "chocolate" option of Lifefuel. I cannot believe i spent this much money for something that tastes so bad. There is nothing chocolate about it. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it smells and tastes like mint. Here is the lesson I'v learned..... if a company has a product that is so good they shouldnt have to bash another brand to promote their own, it should simply speak for itself.

Really happy with this purchase! I was looking for a plant based protein and this one is chock full of quality ingredients which made me decide to try. It checks all the boxes for me, plus some. I blend it up with a banana and it has a nice consistency and taste! Overall great product and value considering all it offers.

It's actually delicious—way better than I expected for a meal replacement shake. Woowooo! I feel full, but not heavy or bloated—just a nice, happy full. I usually have it when I don’t have time to prep lunch or if I forgot to make something the night before. It definitely does the trick, and I love that it's packed with good stuff too. Great for my busy days!
