Gatorlyte Zero has quickly become my go-to for hydration, especially after long days in the heat. It’s packed with electrolytes but without the sugar, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I appreciate that it contains a well-balanced mix of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride, you can really feel the difference in how quickly it rehydrates your body compared to regular sports drinks.The flavor is surprisingly good for a zero-sugar formula. It’s light, refreshing, and doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste that a lot of sugar-free drinks tend to have. I’ve tried a few flavors, and all of them go down easy, even when I’m feeling dehydrated or under the weather.

Husbanded love the flavor and really helps keep you hydrated in this heat.

If you are looking for rehydration and electrolyte rebalance after a strenuous workout in the heat without added calories, this will hit the spot! It tastes as good as regular Gatorade and is not too sweet or fake-tasting. My son loves it for his soccer games! He’s an adult so for those opposed to use of artificial sweeteners in children, I am not enabling.

I was surprised these taste pretty much exactly like regular Gatorade [these use stevia, not sugar]. They also have more electrolytes than the regular type, so there’s a hint of perhaps a saltier taste, bur I’m okay with it.

A real thirst quencher! Replaces critical electrolytes on a hot day of after a strenuous workout (think mowing the grass in 90 degree heat). Pleasant taste, but a little salty due to high sodium content. A little pricy but costs less than buying at big box or convenient store. Overall, very pleased.
