Will these product work when the bathroom floor gets splashed with water? Or the rugs get wet ?

They might keep a small bath mat in place. If floor gets wet the water shouldn't go under the mat. They aren't good for large rugs though. I had to buy another large antislip mat almost immediately.

Do these work with underfloor heating without damaging the floor?

Unsure I have mine on rug at front hall which is a wooden floor . They are superb never come off !!

Will they adhere to stone floors?

Yes there is no sticky residue on the part of the pad which touches the floor. It works via suction not stickiness. But beware as the suction has worn off one of my corners after a few times repositioning when hoovering under the rug. It now doesn’t ‘stick’ to the floor at all on that corner.
