Product is ok but very delicate

We received the Sunflame Stainless Gas Stove today and the product turned out to be as expected. The gas stove is quite big and comes with 4 burners. The knobs are easy to use and seem to be durable. There is a burner position indicator at the side of each knob. The knob has to be turned left to ignite the burner and further left to get to the minimum flame. The flame at each burner is strong enough. The burners are made of bronze. The finishing of the product is quite good. We had a glass top gas stove with 3 burners before but we decided to go for a stainless steel one now because we find it much easier to use and clean. The 4 burners should reduce the cooking time significantly. We have started using the gas stove and it is working pretty well. One should definitely read the User Manual before starting to use the product and should ideally call an authorized dealer or technician to install the oven and test it once. That is what we did. Because we are talking about gas ovens here and one always has to be careful with these products. All in all this is a good product and we are satisfied with our purchase. The product seems to be durable, is easy to use and definitely is a value for money. It is an ideal gas stove for an Indian Kitchen.

I had planned to buy the glass stove , but after many -ve feedbacks from my friends I decided to go for steel 4 burner stove. After researching many brands, chose Sunflame. Stove is good and easy to use.Needs regular cleaning. Burner turns black after long use, i think this is expected. I have been using it for 4 years now , and not faced any issues as such. Only thing is my maid spoiled the plastic knobs by keeping a hot tawa on top of it.I dont know if I can replace them.My opinion is, if they replace the knobs with some other material, it would prevent from these issues.Overall, the product is very good.
