Product quality good but beware of discounts on MRP
Amazon mentions 69% discount on Mrp of 8000. I got this ladder for Rs 2499 and the MRP on the product is mentioned as Rs 3410. So basically Amazon fools you into believing that you got a 69% discount as against 26%.Product quality is good and I am happy with it.

Waste of money,,
The item is not strong enough to bear the load as claimed 150 kg . It shivers when a 90 kg man steps on.Supplier has no return policy option.. Amazon should not give a plateform to those suppliers who don't take back the infiriour products

Not satisfied from what has arrived. Expect much better.
The fact that this object arrived before time is good. But here's the real issue. The product that we received was of a different company (Maple) and not of what we had ordered. So the sturdiness of this very product is inconclusive. Besides the rod used below the 4th step was already bent and defective. As I reached the highest step, I saw a lot of stability issues. The whole ladder gets unstable and is a lot shaky. As specified, this product lacks an upper horizontal bar to hold the parallel stair together, reducing its sturdiness and stability. Other than that one of the brackets along with it, had arrived broken, which needs to be fixed. For a such a priced 4-step ladder, I'd expect a much better product to arrive. The dealer that delivered this product was "Karma Co.". Other than that there's not much to discuss more about this.

Ideal height for attending to all handiman's chore
Ideal height, light weight, convenient to store. However, when you reach the upper steps of the ladder, it becomes a bit wobbly and when you are on the top step, you need someone to hold the ladder for you to keep it stable. Another drawback is the pair of retainer straps (that keep the two legs together when spread apart) which are made of cloth. They should have been made of collapsible metal retainers to provide added stability - and peace of mind - at only a little extra cost.
