Love it.
Beautiful book with lovely illustrations about finding your own comfort zone, despite being different. The kids love it especially the dance illustrations and keep trying to copy them. The hardcover is especially good for little hands so the 2 year old can also enjoy turning the pages of the book without us worrying. And the 4 year old loves the story.

Best story book for toddlers
Oh my god I can’t praise this book enough. My son is obsessed with this one and makes me read this before bedtime. He is 2.5 yeas old and he narrates the whole thing. I just enjoy reading this book to him.

A must buy
A must read book for all toddlers and young children. Toddlers might not understand the meaning or the moral (the story teaches a great lesson) but the illustrations are colourful and bright and attractive enough to make them.want to flip the pages.Older children can take a great moral value from the story.

Beautiful book, questionable message
This is a book about a giraffe who cannot dance, and is laughed at by the other animals. who can. A cricket meets and motivates him, and suddenly he becomes the best dancer in the group. The colours and drawings are beautiful, and the rhyme engaging. Another plus is that there is an actual story, this is not one of those board books which underestimate a child's reading comprehension. On the other hand, I am not a fan of message books. I specifically am not a fan of the message in this book, which doesn't make any sense. A cricket tells Gerald to "listen to the jungle song", and suddenly, with no effort at all, Gerald is a champion dancer, turning perfect cartwheels all over the savannah. Also, the concepts may not be familiar to Indian children and their parents. How many of us are familiar with cha-cha? A slightly older child who can read simple text will find this way beyond their reading comprehension.Do buy if your kid is young and looks at the pictures and likes to listen to you read. Maybe avoid if your child is old enough to understand the silly message, or get bothered by the complex language.
