Very tight on my seatbelt.
Can’t move it at all once on the seat belt. It was cold and it fit for me in a winter coat. Then it got warmer& I had a lighter weight coat and I couldn’t move it. Was super tight. So I took it off, moved it. Then is was colder and needed adjusting again. It works but needs adjusting.

Simple, affordable, and effective
This style is the best alternative I've found for us vertically challenged drivers. I was recently involved in a crash where airbags were deployed, and I truly believe that, had I not had been using this style of seat belt adjuster, I would have had a severe injury from where the seat belt normally cuts directly across my windpipe. The only thing this did was leave a bruise on my abdomen, which healed quickly. These particular ones are a nice, thick metal that doesn't seem like it will bend. They attach easily and securely, and are fairly easy to adjust. Save your money on the fancy, padded kind that keeps popping open and won't stay in place. And PLEASE pay the few bucks for these instead of pushing the seat belt under your arm.
