How muchcalcium and magnesium in each packet?

I don't make them or sell them. I do use them however, and they help.

Was is the expiration on this product??

According to the manufacturer there is no official expiration date. There has been no known problem with its efficacy over time. If the package is opened and there is still crystaline structure to the salt, it is good.
