Gives good back support and claim to reduce tummy size over time, hope that works.I bought size XL(40-44) for a person whose waist size is 39 (after seeing many reviews who have suggested to go for one size higher. However, even XL can be used with a lil adjustment, I think L(36-40) would've been sufficient for this waist size.Product dimensions of XL size are as below-Total length=40inches including the Velcro. Velcro is of 3inches.The material is stretchable throughout, so a person with 40-42 inch waist can use it comfortable, 43-44 inch waist will have a snug fit.But I think the length will expand with use and so a person will grow into it.Total width is exactly 20cmOne star less because of so much speculation and confusion regarding the size. The item is non-returnable, hence no question of getting the size wrong. The questions regarding size go unresponded 😞 even the size I bought was not perfect, however have to make do because of no return policy

Product is good, but has a size issue and it's non returnable so waste of money, hence giving one star. Read review on size to order 1 size more, so I did but it's bigger so of no use. Total waste of money. Best way to buy it from medical shop, try and then purchase to get perfect effect.
