what is mirror made of?

I'm not sure exactly what it's made of; however, it appears to be an unbreakable shiny thin metallic film over the plastic that the toy is made of. It is extremely durable and you would probably have to take throw it off a 2 story building or take a sledge hammer to it in order to break it. There is no need to worry about little ones getting hurt on this toy. Highly recommend.
