Yes definitely safe for infants. I have been using this lotion for my baby girl since birth. Mustela products are natural. The smell is amazing !!

Does this smell like the Musti baby perfume/cologne?

The Hydra Bebe Body Lotion has the Musti signature scent. However, it is slightly different in lotion form.

Can I apply the lotion more than once a day?

Yes, you can. I am applying more than one if I see my baby's skin getting dry. Didn't have any problem with it. It's safe.
