Hormann Supramatic E BiSecur Garage Door Operator (Head Unit Only)

Bought to replace a 10 year old Hormann Supramatic motor that had started to get temperamental.Ordered via amazon from Onlinegaragedoorspares.Ordered early on Thurs morning and received Friday.Came with an english instruction book which it is worth having a good look at prior to fitting.As mine was a direct replacement, removal of existing motor, replacement with new, and programming the 2 handsets took just over the hour, and that was taking my time.As far as the motor goes, so far I am very pleased, as far as the service from OLGD I was amazed at the delivery time, as amazon indicated a delivery time of 7 – 10 days.

The first delivery of the unit was damaged but Liz from the company responded within an hour. I sent her photos of the damage and she arranged pickup of the unit and delivery of the replacement. I fitted the new unit within an hour of delivery as is is now working great.

replaced the old motor with the new one as per instructions and I have been delighted with it, it saved me buying a new garage door an a a engineer to fit it

Great item. Fitting instructions quite confusing as all based on the assumption you're using a Hormann door (I wasn't) but once fitted very smooth, quiet and reliable so far.

Half the price than quoted by my local hormann garage door repairer. Very helpful over phone took under 10 minutes to fit.

I bought this as a replacement for an under powered one so had all the tracks in place. Easy to fit and programme. Gives a very smooth and confident door lift.
