It's not listed but some web site suggest it's 5000 mah, in my experience it roughly double the usable time.

Do this product work with hair in a ponytail?

Depending on how full the ponytail is, you might be able to slide it through the opening in the back head brace similar to how you would put it through a baseball cap. It would probably be easier and more comfortable if you just released the ponytail for game play and trapped the loose hair with the back brace.

Is there an additional usb c port for using usb c headphones?

there is only one usb-c port. I have never seen a usb-c female to 3.5mm adapter either. they're all usb-c male to 3.5mm male jack or female port, meant for adapter if you don't have usb-c headphones. for what it's worth, there is a 3.5mm port for headphones, or you can pair Bluetooth headphones (earbuds would probably be the most comfortable).
