Love it!
The media could not be loaded. I have a 60 gallon breeder, which is 4ft long, and am running co2. I have 2 Aquaclear 70's on the back, so don't have an outflow that a canister filter provides, and obviously not able to use an inline diffuser, so needed something to disperse the co2 throughout the water column. I first bought a power head that was just way too strong, so took that out within a few minutes and started searching again. Found this and it's perfect. Pushing the co2 to the other side of my tank, but not flattening or ripping out my plants in the flow. Using it with an atomizer, which is able to be tucked right beside the outflow on this. It's also very quiet, which makes it even better.

VERY LOUD
The media could not be loaded. I do not typically write reviews, but this filter necessitates it. Despite the description, it is VERY LOUD. I turned it on and it sounds like a jackhammer is being operated in my bedroom. Definitely not for bedrooms or any location where I want it to be quiet. I contacted the manufacturer and they did not assist. In fact, when I sent them a video of the issue, they initially claimed that jackhammer noise was a normal motor sound. They subsequently then claimed that the filter I received was a “lemon,” contradicting their prior contentions. Do NOT purchase if you’re searching for a quiet filter.

Zero sound for bedroom, perfect size for 10 gallon
Hello! Not a lot of online review on this product, was looking for a inside motor filter mostly for pushing water and little bit of filter (I have a lot of floating plants which helps with filteration of water). Found this and was told is silent I originally had the 35 tidal seachem which is suppose to be silent, but i can hear the motor ratting and water dropping sound (is in my bedroom across the room, but it still bothers me as, im a light sleeper). The oase 25 filter is small, very small, smaller then you think. Takes no room, but it has very powerful impellers motor so pushes water a lot, i can see my betta riding the waves across the tank. The nozzle can be rotated to change water flows if u want it lower, but i find having it on high allows one side to have high flow while other half of my tank to have lower flow. Not a lot of water filter media inside cause is very small, so you will need live plants or just do more water changes if u go that route. Personally I recommend getting floating plants like water lettuce, they eat a lot of the bad stuff in water and keep your water healthy for fish for low maintenance. The picture is only half of my 10 gallon in comparison, so realistically what a 5 gallon will look like. This filter is great if you want a completely silent filter, i can barely hear it when i have my ear up on my tank, thats how silent it is.Also great if u just wanna add water flow to avoid dead spots in tank. (Im doing a similar walstad like tank with deep substrate and a lot of plants for low maintenance).I personally really like it. It’s exactly what i wanted for my tank, is slowly coming together. Also i have 2 nerite snails, 3 ghost shrimps very active, 1 halfmoon female betta, and what used to be 7 blue shrimps, i saw 3 of them get mauled and eaten by my betta, so they just became expensive food for my betta :( . I think ghost shrimps are just smarter and way they are doing very well, i also added a flat wood with underneath dug out to give the blue shrimps a chance, haven’t seen them in a while, but i see new corpses appear from time to time so not good. I think ghost shrimp are just smarter and bigger so they face the betta and the betta respects them to not try anything funny, but blue shrimps just stands there and gets their back grabbed and gg. All 3 of my original ghost shrimps thriving while blue shrimps are getting mauled. Feels bad…

The best filter for a Nano Tank
I have several planted nano tanks, 4 to 7 gallons and bought 3 Oase Bio25's. They are very adjustable, and placed high on a shallow rimless, it breaks up the protein scum and moves the frogbit about nicely. I have a betta, chili rasboras and oto's, etc., and have zero issues. You just need to turn down the flow or deflect the water upward or towards a wall or at plant roots. The filter is very easy to clean and it really does an amazing job clearing out any mess when you disturb or clean the substrate. Another nice option: you don't have to attach the suction cups. I have these perched on a slate platforms in the corner of my rimless tanks, which makes it very easy to remove for cleaning. In one of my deeper tanks, it sits on an acrylic plant platform.

Great, Stong, Tiny filter
This is a great little filter. Has adjustable flow rate mlby turning output nozzle. Removed long foam and filled with some biomedia and kept the small foam block that covers the intake. A great little filter with good power for a nano tank. I use on a 3 gallon freshwater tank.

Design flaw
The media could not be loaded. I tried using this in a terrarium when I noticed water was coming out where the moter head connects to the body, I order a replacement and the same issue. I think they needs a seal between the power head and body. Others it's a great little filter

So disappointed.
The media could not be loaded. The lowest flow setting has the water bursting out of the seams? Too much flow for my little guys. Is it broken or just a bad design? Need to throw it out and get another. Very disappointed.
