I've been struggling with really frizzy hair lately, so I decided to try the Rejuveniqe Oil by Monat and I have to say, this is a very heavy oil. My hair is thin and damaged, which is exactly why I’ve been dealing with so much frizz, and this oil has definitely helped.What I like most is how versatile it is. You can use it as a pre-shower treatment by applying it all over your hair and letting it sit for 15–20 minutes before washing. That method works wonders for my frizz. It also works well on damp hair, but you really have to figure out the right amount for your hair type.Because it's such a concentrated oil, a little goes a long way. When I use it on dry hair, I only apply about three drops to the ends. Any more than that and it tends to weigh my hair down. It has a silky texture and a gorgeous citrusy scent that I absolutely love, but again use sparingly if you have fine or thin hair like mine.This isn’t something I’d use for styling, because it can make my hair look too flat if I’m not careful. But as a treatment? It’s been amazing for taming my frizz and bringing back some shine and softness.Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a powerful oil that delivers results you just have to find the right way to make it work for your hair.

This hair oil has helped repair my hair from midway to ends. It's very thick so you only need a little. I use it on mv damp hair right out of the shower and on my dry hair to help control fly aways and dry ends. My hair is healthier. This can also be used on your skin.
