Q: I just received my ym-925 helmet. how do i get access to the visor hinge screws? they are under the visor plastic, and no hole for access?

You do not need to loosen the screw. There is a small black bar with an arror pointing to the front on both sides. Push towards the front , move the visor and it will come out. Replace the same way in reverse.

Q: I purchased this Helmet 3 months ago, and cant seem to get the blur out of the clear visor. How do you get the blur out? Ive tried soaps, index, etc..

Q: Are the buckles made of metal or plastic?

Both. Some components of the buckle are plastic and some are are metal. It's pretty sturdy, though. I bought it just before a cross country ride from Los Angeles to Daytona and back and never had a problem with the buckle which is the quick release insert type.
