Will this hold on sealed anodized aluminum?

I used it on sanded, powder coated aluminum. You would need to sand it first. Sand down through to 220 grit is good.

How long lasting is this?

This is a primer meant as a base coat. I used it along with flat black from the same company and, if applied correctly, have not had to re apply.

How long before it can be dry sanded?

I would refer to the directions on the can. I dry sanded my application after several hours.
