Only place I could find that had this. Grew up in the 50's and "malt" was not a malt without malt! Had malts the other night and they were delicious. Maybe others use this for a variety of drinks or things but this is the taste we wanted and I found it at Amazon.

I am SO HAPPY I bought this product. The flavor is EXACTLY what you're looking for to get that classic malt flavor in the background of your culinary projects. It's not bitter. It's not bland. It has that sweet malt infusion that you get in a malted milk shake, or waffles at a classic diner. I have tried other brands and they all tasted bland. They just didn't get it. This malt powder inserts just the right flavor, and it satisfies. Other malt powders I've tried made me think I had made a mistake because I simply couldn't taste the sweet malt flavor I was looking for. With this product, you can add this to any recipe where you want to bring it home with that secret nostalgic malt flavor that some of us have come to appreciate. Add it to cookies, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, and milkshakes. Sometimes a product is so good, I feel compelled to pass it along. This is one of those.

I’ve tried other brands before, but they all fell short—they were either too weak or just lacked the richness I was hoping for. This malt powder, though, nails it. They have harnessed malt essence.

I love this stuff , but I just started so i'm gonna have to lay off of it for a while

However, I had to throw the container in the trash because I couldn't stop eating it. The fabulous sugary malted flavor was just too good to stop eating. Only buy if you have self control.
