The product is good. Nice quality, comes with description, easy to install (if you know the basic electric works), remote works well. Cons: 1. As mentioned by many persons, I found the noise from the fan if we reduce speed from the full. But this is acceptable sound only. 2. The basic version of this product does not have timer function. Even so, the remote got the timer function which confuses sometimes.

Worth buying

I can use my fan only in full and all others are just for fun. I mean the progression from zero to F is one dimension. I hardly see any changes between lower speed apart from F which is full speed. I feel it has only two speeds one is full and other is slow. But if you are leaving in a place like mumbai I dont think you need any other speed. Even in winter I have my fan in full speed so I dont have much complain. It helps me switch on and off fan feom my bed. I am lazy in such matters.I alsi paired with Alexa so I dont need a remote as well.. No buying of bateries as well..

Remote dose not work properly, two buttom switch given on this unit, to control the fan speed without Remote those switch r not working, fan make to much noise on this regulator, now regulator is totally dead not working,overall waste of money, don't buy this,over priced cheap product..

I got it today. As usual with Amazon delivery, it was 2 days before schedule and product was in perfect condition. Electric connection took me just 15 minutes but this regulator did not exactly match slot of existing one on my switch board and it took another 15 minutes of sawing and sandpapering! Some sweat and it started working perfectly - let's hope, for a long time to come !!!! Hats off to Amazon and Rectus Enterprise.

As a consumer, I would say very easy to install. The only thing to remember you get to find neutral port on switchboard.Here we have three wires in regulator. One goes to fan, one to switch phase and the last one to neutral. Usually neutral are found at three pin socket on switchboard. Now use tester and switch on the three pin socket and test on both lower ports . The Live port will glow in tester and another will not glow, which is neutral.In my case my existing three pin socket shows N, L and E symbols. But wiring is totally different then it's symbol. So thought to mention it here so other can quickly get it.Peace , if you already knew it.

This electronic regulator has 9 steps other than FULL SPEED which are very evenly placed. It creates a very high pitched humming noise in fan in lower speed but the noise is barely noticable as it is very high frequency sound. The remote is very sturdy, has very good range and can be used without targetting it at the regulator.
