Q: Will the dual tech 7” fit?

If it is a standard double din then it should, I have a Sony ax5000, just watch for the clearance from the air box and back of the head unit.

Q: Does this come with any kind of instructions on how to install?

No ... That's just the frame. I had to follow the instructions of YouTube or a professional to install for it .

Q: Will this work with a first generation Nexus 7 which has a 7" screen?

I can say that it does. I used this dashkit in my car for the same purpose although I used the 2nd gen nexus 7. But I don't think that the size is all that different compared to the first gen.

No it won't. Buy a single din woth a 7" pull out screen. I tried puttin a double din in a 2002 bmw 325xi and messed up the air duct system. Big mistake. Now I got in a pioneer single din with a 7"pull out screen wish I would have gone that route in the first place.
