The foam pad was dense and provides good support while performing crunches.. it’s a good addition to your gym or home workouts. The pad cover could have been a bit better though.. felt that it was a little loose on the edges..

I felt it is over priced.

I got this for psoas training/ leg lifts, this increases range of motion for those, not good for crunches or sit-ups or abdominal training as it forces excess lumbar extension and more psoas recruitment unless you want to really stretch-load your rectus abdominis deeply.

It feels very well built. Been using for several months.Recommended
