Very different than previous skeins of the same style and color
I have used this style of yarn many times and loved it. I'm warning longtime knitters that Lion has changed this yarn significantly from previous versions: don't try to buy new skeins to use with your old ones, as they don't look anything alike. These new skeins are spun much more loosely - it doesn't have the same "crinkly" look - and the colors, while having the same names, are not anywhere near close enough to the old versions of the same color. I'll still use it, but I'll have to alternate skeins and do a lot more blending.

Soft yarn
Very soft and easy to work with. It is 5.00 less on other sites but it came faster so worked for what we needed. Would order again.
