These are the best anti-depression pills that are natural. I do not take prescription ones. These are a lifesaver.

I’ve been taking this for a while. In times where I have stopped, I find myself getting agitated. I do prefer it to prescription medication. My only concern is the cost. Still prefer to prescription.

Definitely a not for me . I thought saint John's wart was the worst. But this is a nightmare, smells so bad and the after taste is horrible. I take it with juice and i was burping the taste all day long, also makes me nauseous 😩 😫

That's about all I can say it really helps me. No jitters , just helps stay stable.

I'm a fan of the Lifeseasons brand and use many products from their line that I am very happy with. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them. It just didn't produce the desired effect. I'd rather pay more attention to the adrenals cause when someone is under stress from illness, anxiety, etc., this is the area that needs a lot of attention. Perhaps this is just the way it works for me, so that's why I gave it 3 stars because it may very well produce the desired effect on someone else.
