The media could not be loaded. Got these for post-lumpectomy and they were PERFECT. I keep the whole box in the freezer and swap out as necessary. They are the perfect size (maybe 4" across) and are flexible, with a soft flocking on one side, so they're comfortable directly on your skin. I just slide it right in my sports bra. They stay cold for about 20 minutes at a time, so I don't have to time my on-off usage. They're easy to clean and the size and flexibility are going to make them valuable for multiple uses. Definitely will use them for puffy eyes after late nights and going to try heating them up to treat cramps. Can't attest to longevity yet, but so far, so good.

I bought these for postpartum use actually, as part of my pumping routine. I kept four packs out to heat up, and two packs to throw in the freezer, to have heat and ice at my disposal any time.Size works great for what you need it for - sticking it in your bra and leaving it. It’s easy to use, and they hold up really well.Unfortunately, the silicone side gets HOT and COLD when you heat it up or stick it in the freezer, so I found I had to wrap it in Kleenex or use the cloth side (that was significantly less hot or cold.) I also found the plasticky texture off putting when it stuck to my skin…not fun.But they work great and if you don’t need heat or ice for too long, or you’re ok with cycling through packs like I do, these do the trick.

I needed to get some type of cooling/heating pads for my eyes due to eye surgery. This are the perfect size. Cool and heat very easy. Quality is very good

I got these after my mastectomy surgery, and they have been great for hard-to-get-to-spots to ice. My only complaint is that they get ice-covered if they are used often for both heat and cold. If you only plan to use them on an as-needed basis, then you should be fine, but when going back and forth to the freezer, I noticed the beads got a bit freezer-burned or broken up. They would be great for kiddos boo-boos, though, as they have a soft fabric side, and when they melt, there is no water.

These were perfect when I was doing IVF, either to warm up an injection site for PIO or to cool off an angry knot, also from said PIO. These were also the only things I found to help with weird itching in my hands during pregnancy; after they were frozen, holding them in my hands was the only relief I found.

I bought because they were cute but it is more than that, I like that it stays cold just the amount pf time I need, no more, no burning

This is my second purchase. I use these on insect bites to cool down that burning sensation. I also like them for cooling down my body temp in extreme heat. They bring immediate relief. I swap them out after like 30 min. That’s why I needed more. Better than other brands too. The plastic on the outside is soft and comfortable.
