Manual Lubricating Oil Pump Hand Lubrication 500CC CNC 4mm Double Outlet Port Oiler for Punching Lathe Cutting Milling Machine

I couldn't believe the price of this oil pump when I saw it. I installed it on my mill/drill to lubricate the horizontal movement of the table. It was hard to get to the oilers on the front and back of the table, so consequently I didn't lubricate it as often as I should have. Now I can lubricate it with just one pull of the lever. The tubing was very in expensive and the system was very easy to install.

On the very first pump this lube pump exploded and completely destroyed itself. Of all my years in industry with equipment and machinery I have never come across something that was so poorly designed and put together. The fact that the pump mechanism was made from cheap plastic is deplorable. The company that produces this unit should feel so much shame that they should close their doors permanently. To be honest I will never buy another thing from them for the rest of my life. Furthermore I will not recommend that this product be considered for anything for any manufacturing purposes. To say that I was disappointed in the product would be giving it to much credit. I would rather gouge my own eye out than to even think twice about using a nut or bolt that was produced by this company.

I had to replace my old one, and this one looked good, however fittings did not look good, work like I though thus had to work with my lines. But also does not pump like it should.

This thing feels like cheap junk. Maybe that's a bit of an overkill statement, but maybe not. The handle is extremely stiff to pump and it just feels like it's going to break at any moment. Looking at the actuator on the bottom, you can see it is cheap plastic parts inside. This is not good for a machine shop with hot metal flying around. There is a cover over the plastic part, but I can't tell if it's thin sheet metal or that metalized plastic. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt that it's sheet metal. The lid is absolutely plastic, sits right on top, and will absolutely be destroyed in no time in a machine shop with hot metal chips flying around. There are no instructions whatsoever, so I don't know what size the connections are, whether it has two outputs, one input and one output, or what is going on. If you don't know much about these type of oilers, then you will have absolutely zero clue about how to connect this to anything. Overall, while this is only $39, I think that might be asking too much for this product. If you know what you're getting into, then maybe take a chance on this since it is quite a bit cheaper than "standard" solutions, but I would recommend against this product in favor of something designed for the environment you're going to be operating it in.

I honestly wish I would have gotten this years ago. Replacing all the hard to access oiler zircs with lines fed by this...poof a few pumps and happiness. Strongly suggest this to folks as ease of use increases joy of ownership

Added this oiler to my mill. Sure beats the little plunger oiler.Works fine for now, and seems to be of quality that would last.

Pump has non-standard mounting holes. After I modified to fit the machine, It never pumped one drop of oil. Useless junk. I should have paid more for Taiwanese. I won't make that mistake again, neither should you!

For light industrial or home shop applications this would be fine. The plastic cover and cap would not be very durable in a hot chip environment. There were no instructions or a manual included with this item. Overall fair quality for the price.
