Brought carpet up very well

The fast-acting absorption and stain removing power of this product is surprisingly good. Coffee, cranberry juice and olive oil stains were all removed. When dried it wasn’t an extreme contrast of colour on carpet.

My partner managed to use an entire bottle in a few hours !?! Turns out the instructions to fill to line 1 and line 2 are for the upright Bissell cleaners, the cylinder style models have the same fill lines but these are for much weaker cleaning solutions. After only 10 uses the bottle was empty, I was expecting it to last over 150 uses. The penny dropped when I saw the colour of the clean water vs. the dirty water, both were very white. That's when I read the instructions and noticed the 30:1 ratio. Despite this, the stairs are lovely and clean and smell nice. Loses a star for not explicitly saying the water to cleaner ratio that the competitors products use.

Use this on a regular basis. Always arrives next day . Brilliant

We used this on our sofa and it came up a real treat and smelled lovely. Not sure on the spill resistance yet but the sofa although only a few years old had lost a lot of colour due to the sun fading it as we have large windows, brought the colour back nicely (obviously it’s not a miracle worker) and it looks more like it’s age now rather than 5-6 years old.
