I bought the book for body panel replacement..The section on fenders and bumpers could have been done differently...Should have a separate section on the front clip and a separate sec on the rear...They have front fender and next paragraph rear fender ...next par front bumper nextPar rear bumper..and down the line ....but What they did have was done well...To me the book was worth it... Shop manuals are very costly

I bought this book for my 1999 Beetle and it contains all the info I needed thus far. I typically read whatever info I need and fill in the gaps with the assistance of some YouTube videos, but the book has plenty of pictures to walk you through what you need.

This manual indicates that it covers all New Beetles from 1998 thru 2010, but it does not. There apparently have been a number of variations during that time period, and this manual has overlooked some of them. Probably is ok for the vehicles it includes.

Very easy to deal with.
