It charges my surface pro 2
My old power cord died a week ago, so my surface pro 2 was so low on power it would not start. I put this charger on, and hours later, still no charge. There is no little light on the part that attaches to the surface like the original power cord had. I put the charger on with the cord on top, and let it charge a while. It worked. So I give only 4 stars because you cannot tell if it is attached properly without the little light.

What a piece of garbage...DO NOT BUY
I would give this LESS than one star if I could. minus 10 might be appropriate. Looks just like the original, but sure does not work like it. Plug it in, and NOTHING. Luckily my original charger reappeared after being MIA for months. THAT works. So it's not my Surface. It is this piece of crap that DOES NOT CHARGE MY COMPUTER. Do Not purchase. Do not waste your money.
