Usually I’m an avid Neom fan however recently the candles are not the best & at £30 more, I was eager to explore. What can I say. These candles are so beautiful from the exterior package to the actual candle itself. It really felt like a treat unboxing it. The candle did not disappoint. Within 15 minutes my room was filled with the most dreamy scent. I have every intention of working my way through this range

This is a review of the large Starlit Golden Fir candle -And it’s just wonderful!! The decorative green glass jar is exquisite, and reflects the candle flame beautifully. The scent is just right - noticeable but not too strong, and makes me feel sooo snug…. The wax burns evenly and seems to last far longer than advertised, even though I’ve already been using the candle for quite some time. And finally, oh my word, the crackling wick is simply delightful!! - on a cold winter night, with the rain slapping on the window and the wind howling through the trees outside my flat, the noise it makes (audible but not too loud) is as cosy and comforting as a log fire!!I can’t recommend this highly enough 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Got to say what excellent customer service and for all the right reason. Got sent another candle which is far superior to the last one,beautiful aroma that fills the room and a lovely even burning wick.I think looking at all the negative reviews they all seem to centre around the wider wick candle which seems to just about burn and possibly affects the candles ability to spread its aromaMaybe if you revisited these particular candles it’s maybe a issue with the wicksAnyway five stars for the way my feedback has been handle and will definitely be buying some more candles from you and also taking your advise as to the best smelling onesThank youI expected this candle to have a lovely smell of sandlewood and petunia but instead I got nothing. It is completely void of any smells and the wick is atrocious,it’s a thick wick that just about burns.I lit it for the recommended 4hrs and then relit the next Day but still nothing for the high price I would look elsewhere this candle is one of the worst I have bought.

I love these candles, the noise of the crackling wick is the best. It was so expertly wrapped there’s no chance of breakages. The dark berries and bergamot is not my favourite I’m afraid. But I’ll use it. My favourite is the fir and cedar wood which I got last Xmas and I still have the jar which is used for cotton wool on the dressing table. Quite expensive but the scent is strong so I feel they are worth it also it burns very evenly

Absolutely beautiful candle. Exactly as advertised. Beautifully packaged and smells fantastic. Arrived on time. I will definitely be buying this again.

I only buy this candle (Dark Berries) when it’s on offer but that only seems to be once a year but it’s a special treat. I prefer the large candle as it lasts longer than most, it smells gorgeous, burn quality is good, and of course it looks expensive!

Excellent product and service

I’ve bought this candle twice before and loved it, but this time it smells absolutely horrible, like some pungent men’s cologne. The previous one on the left says it’s made with sandalwood oil. The new one on the right just says it’s a mix of different things so they must have changed the formulation. 🤮EDIT: I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars simply because of La Jolie Muse's excellent customer service. After I posted this review, they tried to remedy the situation by fully refunding me and sending me another sandalwood candle, but it was the same new scent I don't like. They then sent me a jasmine candle for free -- at least someone else in my household likes that one! 😄
