I should've read the previous reviews before purchasing. Complete waste of money and if you're looking for genuine Kithul jaggery, look elsewhere.

This is adulterated "Kithul" Jaggery (See video comparison)
The media could not be loaded. Awful product. How can they say this is Kithul Jaggery? It must be adulterated with sugar which is quite common in Sri Lanka since genuine Kithul is expensive and limited.Kithul Jaggery is soft and a very dark brown-black, like the color of coffee without creamer. It has a distinctive taste which this does product does not convey. Genuine Kithul Jaggery is very easy to grate with a knife or the edge around the jaggery is soft that it can be mashed with your fingers, or you can even bite off a piece without breaking a tooth.Watch the video. I have a piece of genuine kithul jaggery from a while a go and AMK brand. You can clearly see the difference in color and when I am grating it.
